Refund & Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Write to sales@joyoko.in with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and refund.

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under the conditions below.

A return request can be raised within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition and returned with its original packaging and tags.

Items that arrive damaged, defective or different from what was ordered are eligible for a full refund. Please share photographs of the item and the packaging when you raise the request.

Gameplay credits, tokens and prizes won at a Joyoko claw machine are not refundable or exchangeable, as they are consumed at the time of play.

Items returned in a used or damaged condition, or without their original packaging, cannot be accepted.

Email sales@joyoko.in or call +91 89204 82498 with your order number, the reason for the request and supporting photographs where relevant. Our team responds to every request within 2 business days.

Once a return is received and approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Where a shipping charge was collected, it is refunded in full if the return was caused by a damaged, defective or incorrect item.

Claw machines and arcade equipment are quoted and supplied against a written order. Cancellation, refund and warranty terms for these orders follow the signed quotation or agreement issued for that specific order.
