Shipping & Delivery Policy

Joyoko delivers to serviceable pincodes across India through registered courier and logistics partners. If your pincode cannot be serviced, our team will contact you before the order is processed.

Orders are usually processed and handed to the courier within 2 to 4 business days of successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Toys, plush and small merchandise are normally delivered within 3 to 7 business days in metro cities and within 7 to 12 business days elsewhere in India.

Claw machines and arcade equipment are delivered and installed by the Joyoko team. Because these are large items, the delivery and installation schedule is confirmed with you in writing after the order is placed.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any charge shown at checkout is final for that order.

Tracking details are shared by email once an order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, local restrictions or public holidays. We will keep you informed if a shipment is running late.

If a shipment is delayed, damaged in transit or marked delivered without reaching you, contact us at sales@joyoko.in or +91 89204 82498 with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
